What Myra Ryan doesn't like about Grill'd - Bondi Junction:
Very disappointed. Has the Veggie Falafel Burger, who promised the pumpkin Tsaziki and the humus, all did not seem there. The burger was just a dry pattie with cabbage :( I also got Takeaway, so that only found when I came home View all feedback.
I'm thrilled that the veggie mushroom burger has returned to the menu and it's even tastier than before! The restaurant also offers a variety of fantastic vegetarian and vegan options.
I tried a vegan burger today and loved it. There were 5 options for buns and I chose the traditional one. The burger was crispy, fresh, and tasted like meat despite being 100% veggie. It was a magical experience and could easily be incorporated into a diet.
I recently visited Grill’d in Bondi Junction for the first time. The atmosphere was lovely and they had a wide selection of menu items. The prices were affordable and there was plenty of seating available, although it was quite busy due to late night shopping at Westfield Bondi across the road. I ordered the bacon and cheese burger with a side of 'snack' fries and both were delicious. I opted for the traditional bun, which was crispy and soft, but my friend got the panini style bread and found it to be too hard. Overall, it was a good experience and I plan to visit other Grill’d locations around Sydney. I recommend trying the crispy bacon and cheese.
I visited this restaurant last Saturday evening (11 Nov) and ordered a burger, kids burger, small regular chips, and small sweet potato chips. The first batch of regular chips we received were cold, so we asked for fresh ones. Unfortunately, the new batch was undercooked and soggy. The sweet potato chips were even worse, being soggy on the outside and raw/crunchy on the inside. Chips should never be crunchy on the inside! It was very disappointing, especially considering the total cost of our meal was around $50. Grill'd is known for being a good, consistent place for decent food, but this experience fell short. The service was for dining in, the meal was for dinner, and the average price per person was between A$20-40. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
We had brunch at this restaurant and we give it top marks across the board. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect. We highly recommend dining here for a wonderful experience.
