Complaints made through the proper channels are ignored, and when issues are raised on their Facebook page, members are threatened with disciplinary action. The staff is friendly, but the food is terrible and the wine selection is even worse. I won't return to this place until there are significant improvements.

I... read more As a local entrepreneur, I frequent Kapers about two nights a week, and for good reason. The portions are incredibly generous, and the quality is outstanding. I've tried the slow-cooked lamb, the Parma, fish and chips, and their homemade soup, which was a perfect 10/10. They also have a carvery night for just $20, which is exceptional—even though I'm not usually a fan of carveries. The roast beef was cooked to perfection, and the crackers and sweets were delightful. I must also mention their rich gravies and sauces, which are the best I've had in a long time. The service is excellent, and it's a wonderful place to enjoy a home-cooked meal when you don't feel like cooking yourself!
