Restaurant outside the center of Bolzano, you have to go on purpose. Local well-kept and refined, with colors tending to gray and in the shade of soft light tendentially. Parking outside the property that can contain about ten cars. I just ate so I speak for the restaurant and not for the hotel. Great food and quality you feel that raw materials are carefully chosen and processed with a nice hand, in addition to the à la carte menu ranging from meat and fish the day also had a menu out which I took very valid.
