at our last day in bozen, italien, I was pleasantly surprised to find gf streetfood. we had seen ötzi just in the South Tyrol archaeology museum and came with this prominent sign on the elmar number ones car and followed to ask for it! . when I told him I was celiac, he immediately offered me a sausage and schar gf brot. the senf was also gf! it was so funny to finally be able to enjoy some street fruits next to my g... The gluten free option was a sausage and a dry schar panini package with 2 paninis on the side. I had to «cut» it myself with my fingers and put the sausage inside. Good that they have a gluten free option, but this doesn’t deserve a stop. At least they could have had bread that fits the sausage. View all feedback.

Glutenfree hotdogs served. They use pre-Packers glutenfree buns.
The choice on the menu isn’t that big (würstel and bread, fried potatoes) but the host is the kindest man!
