Despite the busy atmosphere, t... read more My family visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. We were seated promptly by the great staff and quickly ordered drinks. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was impressively fast. The food we ordered was excellent, especially my personal favorite, the baci prima Vera, which was delicious and exactly how I like it. We ended the meal with some delicious coffees.

However, after our initial order, we were negle... read more The service started off well with attentive staff taking our orders and delivering our food and drinks promptly. However, after our initial order, we were neglected for the rest of our meal. Despite asking for more drinks and the dessert menu, they never arrived, and we had to flag down a waitress to ask for the bill after waiting for 20 minutes. Ultimately, we had to go to the bar to pay. The food itself was disappointing, with watery sauces and bland steak. It felt like our party of two wasn't worth the restaurant's time. We have had much better experiences at other Italian restaurants such as Leo's and Ciao Naoli, which offer a more intimate atmosphere and superior food and service. Additionally, it was surprising that they did not serve Italian lager in an Italian restaurant. This visit will be our first and last.

We came here last year for our anniversary, it was absolutely spot on. This year, well!!! Waited ages for our drinks, fod was ok, wanted dessert but no waiters... read more We came here last year for our anniversary, it was absolutely spot on. This year, well!!! Waited ages for our drinks, fod was ok, wanted dessert but no waiters came to us. Nobody came to give us the bill. Ended up going to the bar to pay, without having dessert. Wont be coming again, the waiter we had, well, a smile would have helped. People on tables near us walked out because of service.
