On the... read more This was a 60th birthday party that was planned 3 months in advance with Baci, there was no one else in the diary at the time. It was for a party of 26. On the night of the 60th, the surprise was ruined by a member of staff ringing me to ask if I’d been up with balloons and to tell me that the manager told staff to move the decorations and table arrangements. When my family arrived they were struggling to sit us, and when they did we were all hemmed in, and couldn’t interact with each other, when we complained they tried to satisfy us by sending out loads of garlic bread, how much garlic bread can you eat?? Even though I had been up the night before with everyone menu choices and put names next to the choices it was a shambles, the staff had ignored this and obviously given another party preferential treatment. Not bothered about my 60th celebrations and all the money they made from my family and friends, steaks were uncooked and not cooked to peoples preferences, one steak was even cold! I will never visit this place again now.
