This is truly a hidden gem. You can tell it is a family owned restaurant and you have the feeling you’ve been invited to their cozy home. Everything we had was excellent. I had the risotto, husband had the pistachio and guanciale stringozzi and we shared the cottoletta alla bolognese. Will definitely visit again if I ever come back to Bologna!

Very unique and fascinating tortellini in the parmesan wheel! The menu is not over complicated and offers a generous selection of fantastic dishes. The wine selection is very good as well. Very friendly to English speaking folks, but you may want to take your favorite translate app with you just in case. Also, best to make a reservation online or call as this place fills up fast in the evenings.

Friendly service, good food, great drinks. make sure to order a Piromallo drink, it is an absolute explosion!

Beautiful eating, family run well from the beaten stretch, but an absolute must when in bologna! great portions and amazing eating, alessandro is a wein and cocktail identifier and he made us several digestive products. you must have a cocktail! can not recommend this place enough!
