This restaurant in the outskirts of Bologna was a great find. When you look for great, fresh and also seasonal dishes from the Piemont-area you are at the right place. Six of us had a nice meal on Friday night. We choose the menu Long Tasting. The effort from the kitchen that went into this meal was exceptional. The Amuse Bouche was a delicious chicken liver pate shaped like a bowl and this was followed by five other dishes exquisitely prepared. The braided lamb cheek was just as decomposable as the very thin cut calfsal with tuna puppet, which was artistically presented. The service was perfect and pleasant. Our Vermemtino and Barolo wines were ideal and were selected from a very good slate of wines. I would recommend a visit to Cuoco do Latta!

A little outside of the centre of Bologna, but very worth the trip. Interesting and delicious food and a miscommunication with the bill was sorted in a way that suits this great restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone!
