We stop in Bologna just to visit and try this restaurant. The food is freshly made and well presented. The taste is great!! The quality of the food is well accompanied with a friendly and warm staff. We had dinner here a couple of days ago. The place is nice even though the surrounding area is not that fancy. The two male staff are very kind, the lady not that much. Good starters, abundant main courses, a nicely prepared guinea fowl, by the way. Above-the-average prices, especially for wine (6/7€ per glass is exorbitant for an osteria . What to say, now is our point of reference Bolognese! Delicious food, super professional staff (it seems almost to be in a starry restaurant), quality ratio right price! tortellini and lasagna are the best in bologna and modena as far as I am concerned! The tortellini in broth are wonderful, a poem! the green lasagna a masterpiece: perfect ragù, sometimes also crispy and fungitive bechamel and at the same time delicate! Bolognese cotoletta also very good but I do not have terms of comparison at the moment, rarely I take it, but I am sure it is among the best of the Romagna emilia! wine also of excellent quality. I have nothing else to add, besides you are the best and soon we will see again!
Piero pompili does not disappoint. I had expectations that were not disappointed at all. warm and welcoming, very professional and friendly staff. Super noodles, as well as the Bolognese cutter. the sweet “latte on stand” was a discovery that amazed me and my fellowmens. perfect service times. rich wine card: we opted for a red of marta valpiani. price absolutely in line with what offered. I recommend the reservation.
