The welcome was very warm, and the ambiance, with its open kitchen and limited number of tables, was very intimate. You almost felt at home. The passion for what they were serving was clearly evident in the presentation of the wines and dishes. And there wasn't much to criticize. The wines were excellent, the ingredients exquisite. The selection of dishes was very fitting for the theme. There wasn't much to complain about, yet I did wish for a little more refinement here and there. The Imperial caviar was unfortunately somewhat lost on the egg and mayonnaise, the lobster bisque would have been a bit fresher, and the turbot was, in my opinion, almost too salty. The wine glasses were filled very sparingly – I would have appreciated a bit more generosity, especially since they were served well before the accompanying dishes. Relaxed atmosphere with excellent food and products. The five courses of both menus (vegetarian or non-vegetarian) can be exchanged, which we gladly took advantage of. The 14-16 seats are always fully booked, the prices are reasonable, and the menus change regularly and are seasonally inspired. We will be back soon and look forward to returning.
