Outstanding. I had 43 crystal chicks there a while ago. Gorgeous ladies working there. May be the prettiest ladies in Marshall county honestly. Outstanding
Bought Krystal chicks and they had been cooked way to long. They were so hard I couldn't eat them. Didn't have time to take them back so just threw them away.
Conveniently located and easy to access. Krystal hamburgers with cheese and corn pups were cooked fresh and served within minutes hot and to perfection. Staff was very pleasant. Krystals is one of my favorite places to eat and this one never fails to be consistently good.
The girl on evening shift between 8pm-9pm, in the Boaz, AL Krystal location, that works drive thru is very rude, overcharges us unwilling to admit to her mistakes every time we go there. We have the receipts have recorded her arguing with us over ourorder. Our next step will be to contact corporate offices.
Ordered a few krystal burgers with ketchup mustard only. Received ketchup only, a scant amount of it. Ordered medium fries received a large Sprite. Chili tasted weirdly 'off ' today. Make sure you have time to check your order before you drive away.Employee working drive thru window was friendly
