Went into the Boaz Alabama location today around 1:15 or so! No other customers in line at front counter. Maybe one other customer in the store! Wait for severa... read more Went into the Boaz Alabama location today around 1:15 or so! No other customers in line at front counter. Maybe one other customer in the store! Wait for several minutes for someone to come take our order! No one ever even acted like we were there! When I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was working the front counter the lady at the drive thru spoke up, rudely stating she was and that she knew that we hadn’t been there but like 2 seconds. I told her no mama we had been standing there for a few minutes! She was extremely rude and we just turned around and left! I did go back inside to ask for the manager, only to be told she was the manager. So I asked for phone number and the name of her boss only to be told to call corporate. When I asked for the manager name would not tell me! She just kept telling me to call corporate and that her name was on the door of the restaurant. I told her she was very rude and unprofessional for a manager! I would not recommend this restaurant, solely because of her attitude. Have eaten here often and food was always good. But, I will not be disrespected like I was today!

Hateful and rude! When asking for her name and information all she kept repeating was you can call corporate. And that her name was on the door. I was persistent and she finally gave me the phone number of her boss. But never did tell me her name! Which just happens to be Sonya! I called the number and talked to her boss which was apologizing but really didn’t seem very genuine! Just very upset by the disrespectful attitude of someone in a management position!

What can I say it's a great little seafood place
