Reviews - Panera Bread
Reviews summary
Panera's reputation appears to be a double-edged sword, as patrons report both delightful and deeply disappointing experiences. While some guests rave about the quality of lattes and the welcoming atmosphere, numerous complaints highlight inconsistent food quality and poor service. Reports of subpar sandwiches with scant ingredients, wilted salads, and unhelpful management have tarnished the brand's image. Issues with drive-thru wait times and messy donations further complicate matters. However, acts of kindness from staff can redeem the experience, reminding customers that dedication to service still exists amidst the challenges. Overall, it seems consistency remains a pressing concern.

I am unsure of the drink policy at this particular Sip Club location. There were no cups available at the self-service kiosks, so you had to go to the counter for your drink instead. Additionally, children were allowed to sit on the ordering counter, which was a bit unorthodox. View all feedback.
What Sandra Sayers dislikes about Panera Bread:
This morning, I bought a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel. It was priced at $6.69 and only had two half pieces of bacon on it, which I found to be ridiculous. I was so disappointed that I will never go back. If I owned a restaurant, I would be embarrassed to serve such a sandwich to a customer. It is shameful to take advantage of people like that. Considering it's: location, atmosphere, service, and the food, this place is awesome I keep coming back to study and grab a quick during there lattes and coffees are amazing!
Going downhill, I used to eat here a lot, not so much anymore.Decided to try again. Awful basically paid 12.00 for bread and cheese.Where the meat?????????
The condition in which they send out their donations is shameful. It might be seconds but it shouldn't look like it.Half of what is given has to be disgarded due to damage. They hang their proud banner stating how many people they've helped with their donation program but you don't see the disgraceful condition of those donations until you're the one picking them up at night.Everything just thrown in a bag or two, mixed together with allergens and onion products.Pastries just clumped all together in a bag smash by other pastries. If they do stick them in a box, it doesn't change how everything is just thrown in together. They shouldn't be proud, they should be ashamed! Our church has had to toss so much of thier donations over the years and go buy product from another place because it just wouldn't be right to serve our people in need such damaged product. ?This isn't a one off at this location either, it's like this at a lot of Panera locations.

Quick service and delicious food. It's my favorite place to dine whenever I have the chance.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was consistently good. I was in town for college softball and was delighted to discover Panera, as it's one of my favorites.
I visited this Panera for the first time, and I was really impressed with the ambiance. The food was delicious, as always, and the customer service was excellent!
