The condition in which they send out their donations is shameful.It might be seconds but it shouldn't look like it.Half of what is given has to be disgarded due... read more The condition in which they send out their donations is shameful.It might be seconds but it shouldn't look like it.Half of what is given has to be disgarded due to damage.They hang their proud banner stating how many people they've helped with their donation program but you don't see the disgraceful condition of those donations until you're the one picking them up at night.Everything just thrown in a bag or two, mixed together with allergens and onion products.Pastries just clumped all together in a bag smash by other pastries. If they do stick them in a box, it doesn't change how everything is just thrown in together.They shouldn't be proud, they should be ashamed!Our church has had to toss so much of thier donations over the years and go buy product from another place because it just wouldn't be right to serve our people in need such damaged product. ?This isn't a one off at this location either, it's like this at a lot of Panera locations.

By the time I got my food , all the ice in the pop had melted, sandwiches Luke warm if that. Drive thru at this location is the worst by far. I'll never do pick up this way again , I'll just walk in .

Ordered a salad and most, if not all, the greens were slimy, discolored, and wilted. Then, the topper was finding a long dark hair in my food. I called the manager and he was of no assistance. Poor quality, poor customer service, gross.
