Was Melanie at Pho Saigon a mag?
The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the wait time was minimal! This hidden gem is super cute yet casual. The food arrived promptly, the restaurant was very clean, and it was an enjoyable experience overall! View all feedback.

Awesome place. Best pho place in town. Probably cuz it's not run by Vietnamese people. Way better than pho LV. The normal size pho bowl serves double of noodles and meat than the extra large size $1.50 extra) pho LV is offering.

The dining area is beautiful and well kept. Everyone there is really friendly and the service is great. The pho is the best thing on the menu but other viet and thai dishes i've had are great as well. me and my bf go here at least once a month after hiking in mill creek park. one of the best restaurants in mahoning valley

My partner and I went out last weekend and I got the chicken pad Thai, medium, she ordered the General Tso's chicken and broccoli. normally, when I go out, I tried to avoid soft drinks/carbonated beverages, as well as Youngstown city tapwater, But my partner opted out for a A&W root beer in and can and I got the D.4 Iced coffee drink and let me tell you, as someone who religiously enjoys Dunkin’ Donuts lattes, the D4 is a considerable type beverage in which they bring the coffee out to you in a traditional steamer, however, the waitress we had was kind enough to show us the proper way to serve it as I am unaware of the culture. Halfway into the coffee drink, I was ordering a second one because both my partner and I loved it, we got the crab Rangoon as an appetizer and as always, that was great. then our entrées came, and with the exception of me forgetting to order without green onions (100% my fault), the dishes were served perfect, the portions were plenty. Parking: to access the parking area, you must turn onto the side street located directly in front of the sign on the same side of the street. The restaurant sits across from the Lowe’s Plaza. Kid-friendliness: although the atmosphere does have a liquor license, the crowd that the restaurant attracts is more of a family type atmosphere, and from what I observe in the afternoons, a lot of business professionals. So definitely a child friendly place ?

We went here one evening, we're from out of town, and while it was slow in terms of service at first (we sat for a very long time before we were asked if we wanted anything to drink, and by then we had already had time for both a deep conversation AND knew what we wanted to order ? we did like our waitress. And the food was really delicious! We tried the pho soups, and the orange chicken. My husband really liked his orange chicken! He said the fried rice side was peppery, which he thought was new the fried rice he's had before.Atmosphere was quiet, and I got so mesmerized by the bubbles and all its patterns!! ?I'd recommend this place for it's food I hope to come back to it when I visit Youngstown Ohio again!
