Whole crew was talking about weed and so high they couldn't even communicate at all, my personal advice get rid of them their useless ?
I visited the restaurant for lunch and waited twenty minutes without even being acknowledged. When I was finally noticed, the staff member asked if I was picking up an order. I told her that I wanted to place one instead. She responded that I should have ordered online and then went back to her tasks. I understand that many places are short-staffed, and I didn’t make a fuss—I simply waited to be noticed. However, it's frustrating to be ignored after having been seen and expressing my intent to order. I left and won’t be returning, as it would have taken less than two minutes to take my order.
If I could give a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. The manager was incredibly rude and showed no respect for his customers. When I attempted to explain a mistake with my order, he interrupted me and spoke over me. He continuously raised his voice and yelled, completely disregarding what I was trying to say. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
I received the wrong items with my order and didn't realize it until I got home. When I called the restaurant, they refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit for my next visit. If a mistake is made, it should be simple to correct it. The manager even admitted over the phone that they were aware of the error. I’m not going to drive all the way back to town to go through this again. I recommend getting your wings from somewhere else. Here's a picture of my "wings."
