I visited the restaurant for lunch and waited twenty minutes without even being acknowledged. When I was finally noticed, the staff member asked if I was picking up an order. I told her that I wanted to place one instead. She responded that I should have ordered online and then went back to her tasks. I understand that many places are short-staffed, and I didn’t make a fuss—I simply waited to be noticed. However, it's frustrating to be ignored after having been seen and expressing my intent to order. I left and won’t be returning, as it would have taken less than two minutes to take my order.
If I could give a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. The manager was incredibly rude and showed no respect for his customers. When I attempted to explain a mistake with my order, he interrupted me and spoke over me. He continuously raised his voice and yelled, completely disregarding what I was trying to say. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
I received the wrong items with my order and didn't realize it until I got home. When I called the restaurant, they refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit for my next visit. If a mistake is made, it should be simple to correct it. The manager even admitted over the phone that they were aware of the error. I’m not going to drive all the way back to town to go through this again. I recommend getting your wings from somewhere else. Here's a picture of my "wings."
We always enjoy the wings and fries at this place. During our recent visit, there was only one staff member working, but she was courteous and maintained a positive attitude while managing the orders like a pro!

Whole crew was talking about weed and so high they couldn't even communicate at all, my personal advice get rid of them their useless ?
The food was delicious, but it took a really long time to arrive, as they seemed to be short-staffed. Food: 5/5
I highly recommend closing this establishment or, at the very least, only operating on days when you have a full staff on hand. Waiting over 40 minutes for a 6-piece wing meal is completely unacceptable. It's also frustrating that customers aren't informed of an estimated wait time. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing. Food rating: 1/5.

The staff were friendly and efficient. We requested our wings to be cooked crispy, but some of them were soft and lacked the desired crunch. The flavors were good, and the French fries were hot and tasty. Unfortunately, a piece of drumette without the wing was served as a full wing, which was disappointing.
I’ve been to Wingstop five times this month and I’m completely obsessed with the Louisiana Rub! The wings at the apartments location are absolutely amazing. Honestly, some of the best wings I’ve had in a very long time!
I had an outstanding experience at the restaurant! Our server was excellent, and the manager came out to welcome us personally. The wings were delicious, and the Cajun fried corn was truly exceptional!
The online ordering system stated that my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, only to wait an additional 20 minutes without seeing any other customers or orders being processed. While the food is consistently excellent, they really need to improve their time management.
