However, I had an unpleasant experience with a rude employee at the redemption counter—a white male with long brown hair. Many of the games malfunctioned or didn’t properly dispense tickets, which made the experience feel like a waste of money. When I mentioned to him that I didn’t receive the correct number of tickets, he simply asked how many I was short. I told him not to worry about it since I wasn't sure; I just wanted to let him know. After that, he returned my card and started assisting the next group of customers without acknowledging us at all. We waited, and then he called over a coworker with a mullet who was very friendly and helped my sister. Frustrated, my sister went back to get my prizes. When she asked for a board game, he grabbed it, then immediately turned his back to her to chat with his coworker, completely ignoring the remaining tickets on her card.

However, the employee at the front desk who checked us in for bowling was quite rude. We decided to overlook it so as not to spoil our family outing, and we ended up having a great time bowling. After that, we played some arcade games. We spent nearly $100 on games, but several of them didn't dispense the correct number of tickets. After waiting and realizing that the tickets weren’t credited to our card, we decided to head to the redemption counter to let my 3-year-old choose some toys. Out of the three employees at the counter, only one seemed to care about their job. The other two appeared disinterested in customer service; they took my card, scanned one item, handed it back to me, and then completely ignored my presence, literally turning their backs and starting to chat amongst themselves. I had to wait for the one polite employee to return before he could assist me further.

I've bowled here twice now and have really enjoyed both experiences. They have an arcade as well as a restaurant. We initially planned to eat at the restaurant, but it was super busy due to trivia night on Thursday evening. While we were bowling, we could order food from a counter. The menu wasn’t exactly the same as the restaurant, but it was still quite good. We tried the pepperoni pizza and loaded fries, both of which were tasty! The people next to us had loaded nachos, and they looked delicious too. On the night we visited, some lanes were reserved for a private party, and they even put up a divider. I've also been there on a Wednesday and noticed they had a bowling league. Just keep that in mind when planning your visit!

This was a great experience. we came here for the fight and Grace was our server. she was such a good time dealing with us and made sure we were good every 10-1... read more This was a great experience. we came here for the fight and Grace was our server. she was such a good time dealing with us and made sure we were good every 10-15 min. she let us enjoy ourselves while coming back at the perfect time to get us another round. the food was amazing as we munched throughout the night and we had a great time! Molly especially made sure that we had the good time and of course the bar tenders rachel and dakota making the drinks quick and in time for molly and letting us continue with our good time.
