Always a pleasant and unforgettable culinary experience here. Recommend to try as many small plates as you can, or choose the cooking menu of the cook (only available when everyone takes part in the table). The farm spearheading the New American Dining scene in Bluffton and masterfully show local source ingredients. The cocktails are also great!
We decided to make a long weekend trip to Hilton Head Island. Before the start of our trip we wanted to see if there is a farm to place restaurants in the area. A quick Google searched the farm. Once we checked the menu, we decided to go with the four-course cook menu. That was an excellent choice! Our first course started with a beef tar and oysters. These dishes are usually not my favorite, but the farm was able to prepare them in a way, I really thought amazing. The next course was a pumpkin soup and a lentil soup with sausage. The flavors in these dishes made my taste buds go like fireworks. The third course we were presented with a spaghetti and meatball with house made pasta and grilled swordfish over chickpeas and couscous. The swordfish was amazing, and the spices of the chickpeas and cousin was incredible. We finished our meal with a chocolate cake with roasted pistachios and orange slices and a churro paired with homemade whipped cream. The farm will give every food an adventurous culinary experience. Overall, the service was great, I appreciated the attention to detail that the cook had with every dish. The waiting staff was understandable throughout the menu.
Only three years of living in Bluffton, and we were never disappointed. The freshness, the aromas, the overall service was always one of the best. Sunday Brunch is a lot of food for your money. When someone who used to be annoyingly picky eater, this restaurant showed me that I appreciate all kinds of food. I am very proud of this local restaurant and I cannot recommend it to everyone. A brunch we had in August 2021. Best shrimps and grits hands down. The fried egg complemented the dish perfectly.
Absolutely delicious! We had menu 557. Our favorite dish was Pickled Shrimp, the description did not do it justice. The food had great flavor and a southern twist to it. I’m so glad it was family style/tapas so we could try a good portion of the menu. Thestaff was helpful when ordering to guide us to ordering the perfect amount of dishes so would be full and without leftovers. Itwas kind they asked us for any food allergies up front since the menu is rotating and they want to cater to their guests as bestthey can. I can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely amazing meal and experience. Highly recommend for a special night out. My wife and I tried the blind tasting menu. Everything was light, fresh, and well balanced. Such a wonderful array of flavors, including fusions of Mediterranean, Mexican,Korean, and American. Tried things we normally wouldn’t order, but we loved every single dish. Such careful attention toselection of ingredients you can tell they only choose the very best. The chef is extremely talented. Definitely one of thetop 5 meals in 17 years. Plan to drop $200+ for a 4 course blind tasting for two plus 4 drinks, but you will not bedisappointed. We will definitely come back here again. And the service was excellent too.
