Manager Michael is fantastic! We were shopping at the Tanger Outlets when the kids got hungry and insisted on going to Chipotle. The adults were hesitant because our local Chipotle in Deerfield, IL is usually disappointing, so we didn't have high expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised! I wasn't planning to order anything when a very nice gentleman approached us and said, "Come on, Chipotle Lucky!" His friendliness and personal touch encouraged me to order the cave and guacamole with chips, while my family opted for burritos and bowls. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Michael really enhanced our experience with his fun attitude. I highly recommend this Chipotle, and I wish he could train all employees at our local Chipotle!
I absolutely love my local Chipotle! The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious! What more could I ask for? Nothing at all!
