I ordered a sandwich for delivery while having a garage sale (meaning I couldn’t leave). I waited an hour and then called to get an update and they said maybe 20 more minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and it hadn’t even left the restaurant. At this point it should have been free. We only ever order from this location. About 75 percent of the time this location is understaffed, (I can't figure out why) however, they ALWAYS make amazing sandwiches and apologize for the wait to get our delivery delivered. The delays are expected...I still order...it’s always delicious...the person delivering is always super stressed. I just want the folks to know some of us UNDERSTAND and are still just grateful...
