Granite City Food Brewery - Blue Summit

Visiting from out of town tried this place Sunday night. The food presentation was great however it was ice cold. I got the meatloaf and my son got the seafood shrimp boil both were completely cold.

Pleasant waitresses the menu was had a nice selections of entrees. I enjoy the half sandwich soup combo was very good. Roast beef was very tender with just right amount of cheese.

Really enjoyed this place. Great waiter and waitresses. Good atmosphere. Fun. Good food. Not too crazy overpriced

Few of us came early afternoon, and no one was there to greet us. Everyone was in the back, conversing and not paying attention. We waited for about four minutes until someone came to “point” where we can sit. I was shocked that employees were eating at the bar and not providing a good service. I am not sure if they know what “good service” is. Serving people takes skills. Some training will go long ways.

Service was good, the food was sub par for $25 pp. Eggs were dry and the linked sausage was mushy. Much prefer their regular menu, won't ever be back for their buffet.
