popeyes is by far the superior almost food fried huh in the city. this location has consistently accuracy problems. recently we received all dark meat in our 10 pieces box, and another time received only 8 pieces and only 4 cookies instead of 5. no butter or honey both paint, even after the targeted demand. no one about the website will ever prepare any solution for problems. Chicken was old, dry, and hard at 6PM?gave me some shriveled up wings and all. Red beans and rice was all beans and no rice.
Food is always hot and fresh when I come. Spicy sandwich is hot and crispy and Mac n cheese is steaming. Customer service is always great. Management be on it ! ???????? Had to get more togo!

Fiancee ordered food and I asked for strips and brought home what looks to be a box of scraps. The strips were not strips, it was broken pieces of a single strip with a small side of shrimp that I didn 't even ask for. They also forgot a whole meal. People want to make 20/hr in fast food because its hard work then maybe yall should maybe think about treating it like work and give the people what they actually order.
