Summitview Pavilion
Description
**Summitview Pavilion: A Culinary and Scenic Delight**
Nestled in a breathtaking location, Summitview Pavilion offers diners stunning views of South Georgian Bay and Collingwood. The atmosphere captivates, although some note a shift in its ambiance. Despite occasional service delays due to staffing, the dedicated team, particularly standout servers like Michelle, enhances the experience. Diners rave about the flavors, especially the crispy chicken sandwich and salmon power salad, while some items like chicken and potato salad received mixed reviews. Though prices are higher, the exquisite setting, live music, and delicious dishes—especially the must-try Apple Cheesecake—make for a memorable outing worth the visit.

Feedback
Michelle, our server, was outstanding. She engaged us in great conversation and had an impressive knowledge of both the resort and the menu. The food was fantastic, with generous portion sizes. The Apple Cheesecake dessert is a must-try!
It was the final weekend that Summitview Pavilion was open. Although they were short-staffed, our server (I regret not getting his name) was fantastic—he worked hard and did an excellent job. The view was stunning, and the food was delicious.
Food was super, staff helpful and beautiful location. The only negative was having a reservation 15 minutes prior to the opening time. The system obviously hadn’t been updated.
The food was very good, although quite pricey! Drinks were also quite pricey but what you would expect for the location. The view, of course, is what we came for, and it did not disappoint. There was a guitar player/singer who was very good, but we had to twice ask the waitress to ask him to turn down the volume as we couldn't hear our dinner partners talking, and we were sitting at a table quite far from the music. Our waitress and service was fantastic, so all in all a great evening.
