I have ordered delivery from this Papa John's multiple times because it is only 15 minutes away from my house. Occasionally, the delivery is successful and the drivers are great. However, most of the time they do not offer delivery. Worst customer service ever the Papa John's in Blountville Tennessee. Will never pick up the phone and answer their phone calls.
When I arrived to pick up pizzas, the employees were outside in front of store goofing around with other people in parking lot. They went in the store pretty quickly, but didn't wash their hands and they looked kinda unkept in their appearance. One of the pizzas was wet underneath on the crust. Yuck, makes me nausea just thinking about it. I won't be ordering from there again and that's unfortunate since we usually get pizza at that location.

Ordered on the app, flawless! Delivery within time limits, order complete, food tasted great, driver was extremely courteous and friendly! What more could you ask for…?!?!
