Los Jalapeno's Mexican - Blountville

A friend and I meet here every Thursday night after work for a little over two years and loved eating and service. on the last Thursday the whole family met there for dinner. the waiter took command and brought all food with taking one. he forgot to command. never apologise, just made excuses. 40 minutes later, he'll bring KOLD food. the manager argued that eating is not cold, they also accused us of three drinks we don't have and argue with us about it! it is a shame that this has happened! total respect for the customer who was right in this case! no more Thursday nights here!

I like looking for a Hispanic place to eat I had 3 to chose but we chose los jalapenos Mexican , our experience with the food wasn't what we expected our taco al pastor was not taste like it then when we asked the server to order a new taco he said that that is the way the taco is coming even I told him I will pay for a new one, after he seems no so comfortable my daughter step in and said just leave it the way that it is so we didn't eat the tacos Al pastor but we had to pay for it. Even we didn't like it but of course we didn't want to take advantage of the business we just pay and left

Got the big burrito with carnitas after not eating there for over a year. Convinced my father to try it and he liked it so that's half the battle. Very reasonable prices and good portions considering the times and the waiter was awesome and friendly. Will recommend and go again for another big burrito with chorizo.. ?

Delicious food the hostess was so kind! We typically order to go and I am a big fan of tomatillo chicken enchiladas. Sadly they were out of the tomatillo sauce this time, but the hostess kindly offered an absolutely delicious alternative. It was cheesy, spicy, and may be my new favorite sauce for enchiladas.Will be coming back to this location, dining in or taking out, soon!
