Arby's - Blountville

I don't often eat at Arby's but I have been a lot lately since my middle teenage daughter just started her very first job ever at this location. They r super friendly and sweet to my daughter and they also treat her like family ?. All employees have been working very hard and diligently to follow the CDC guidelines when it pertains to the restaurant industries by always wearing gloves and masks and always keeping their stations and hands sanitized at all times. As a server myself, this NEW NORMAL has been very difficult to become adjusted and accustomed to so I totally sympathize and understand what most if not all restaurant industry employees r going through at the moment in this crazy world ?. Thanks for the great service and food and a special thanks for being so patient and compassionate towards my daughter. Keep up the outstanding job guys!!!!

My family and I visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the woman at the speaker, Alley, was quite rude. Her demeanor was curt and unfriendly, making the interaction very unpleasant. Thankfully, the woman at the window, Tiffany, was a delightful contrast! She greeted us with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Tiffany truly made our experience a positive one. She's a fantastic young lady!

I ordered the pork belly sandwich, and it was likely the best sandwich I've ever had from a fast food place. The meat was outstanding—tender, juicy, and flavorful. What more could you ask for?

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I absolutely love their Philly steak and cheese, while my husband really enjoys the Reuben sandwich. The cashier was very friendly, and we were especially impressed by James, who was a great employee. The food is consistently excellent, and the place is always clean inside. I appreciate how James takes the time to clean the dining area when it's not busy; he seems like a genuinely nice gentleman. We always enjoy coming here!
