Was Anonym at Taco Bell a mag?
I have a confession to make - I've never been a fan of Taco Bell. However, this morning my son wanted to have breakfast there, so I decided to try their $5 breakfast box. And you know what? I absolutely loved it! The bacon breakfast burrito was generous in size, there was a hashbrown, and not just one, but two Cinnabons! And to top it off, the coffee that came with it was also a good size. On top of that, the gentlem... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Taco Bell:
I don't know what has happened to Taco Bell but the food isn't the same and the customer service sucks! I was excited for the Mexican pizza to come back but it was made so poorly. View all feedback.

This Taco Bell is just sad, we didn’t get part of our order, they gave me a nacho bell grande with 2 week old beans, a tortilla with a single chicken nugget in it and a potato taco with no potatoes. Would rate 0 stars if I could. This was ridiculous. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered 1 luxe caving box, got two... Opened the tacos and all of them were practically empty. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
The drive-thru guy at the window didn't speak at all. He took the card from the window, handed it back, not a word. I asked for a drink carrier since I was alone with 3 drinks... he looked at me like I asked him to commit murder. I ordered 3 drinks, 1 was diet Pepsi, and 1 was regular Pepsi, and they never ever mark which is which on the lid. Then if you notice before you drive off and you ask, they don't know which is the diet either... so when ordering for a group, you don't know which is the diet. It's become very frustrating.

The restaurant was clean and was prompt. Ordering from a kiosk is less personal than engaging with an employee. If you're ok with not having to talk to anyone then you'd be OK with that. But it would be nice if you're spending money some place to at least be acknowledged by staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We ordered a meal for two online and made a few customizations to our items. Although the app allowed us to customize each item individually, when we arrived to pick it up, all the changes had been applied to both items. When the staff member asked if everything looked correct, I mentioned the customizations, but he seemed quite annoyed by our changes and didn’t hide his irritation. After he handed us our food, we asked for a fork, and his reaction made it clear he was frustrated. Once we finally got to eat, we discovered that our Crunchwraps had very little meat in them—almost just lettuce and sour cream, with barely a tablespoon of meat each. I initially thought they waited to prepare the food until we arrived, but if the staff member had just indicated that the food was already made, we would have accepted it as is. It's unreasonable to get upset with us for making changes and then not provide the meat that should have been included. I paid for the meal, and I expect it to have the ingredients it was supposed to. So, if you decide to visit this place, I suggest avoiding any customizations, as they clearly don’t appreciate them!

Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru and had the best soft taco supreme of my life at this restaurant. I have been a Taco Bell customer for over 30 years, so that says something! I recently visited this location again and received excellent service from the super friendly Amy and Travis. They took great care of us and even served our Pepsi with a smile. Thank you!
I have dined at many Taco Bell locations, and this one in southern Indiana is undoubtedly the best. When I called to inquire about their closing hours (since all the Bloomington locations close early), Jasmine was incredibly polite. Lindsey also provided exceptional service, answering my questions about a new menu item. Their service was top-notch, and I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location again. 10/10 recommend!

I'm sorry that this place down bad I went through the drive thru and once I got into the window they forced my feet through the window and started sucking me.
Order them before and enter them to pick up unless they wait in the drive thru line for 20-30 minutes. eating is really good, but they are very slow!
It doesn't deserve a star. I will never buy anything from the Taco bell in ellettsville again, there are more shell then everything else. the cheese rolled up, had not much cheese in it. Taco bell on the 3rd street brings it to shame.
Employees are super chill and fast. normally never a line, just drove from the taco bell on the 3rd and the line was wrapped around the building, I come here.
