Description

Taco Bell's reputation is experiencing mixed reviews across its locations, particularly in southern Indiana. While some customers report disappointment with food quality and service, especially in certain areas, others praise specific outlets for their efficiency, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Many diners reminisce about the affordability of Taco Bell, noting that prices seem to have increased, making it less of a budget option for families. However, several patrons highlight exceptional service from employees who are eager to assist. Overall, while some locations falter, others excel in providing a fulfilling quick-service experience, leaving a varied impression among customers.

This Taco Bell is just sad, we didn’t get part of our order, they gave me a nacho bell grande with 2 week old beans, a tortilla with a single chicken nugget in it and a potato taco with no potatoes. Would rate 0 stars if I could. This was ridiculous. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The drive-thru guy at the window didn't speak at all. He took the card from the window, handed it back, not a word. I asked for a drink carrier since I was alone with 3 drinks... he looked at me like I asked him to commit murder. I ordered 3 drinks, 1 was diet Pepsi, and 1 was regular Pepsi, and they never ever mark which is which on the lid. Then if you notice before you drive off and you ask, they don't know which is the diet either... so when ordering for a group, you don't know which is the diet. It's become very frustrating.

The restaurant was clean and was prompt. Ordering from a kiosk is less personal than engaging with an employee. If you're ok with not having to talk to anyone then you'd be OK with that. But it would be nice if you're spending money some place to at least be acknowledged by staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
