Subway - Bloomington

Foods always good staff is hit or miss. Half the time they give push back or will not do orders over the phone at all. I've worked in serving and fast-food so I'm patient but proactive. I try to make the whole thing quick while understanding a rush is a rush. But anytime I order over the phone they haven't made it and there's 2-3 people in line, not exactly a rush. Today one woman was flirting with a young male coworker, while another woman handled the sandwiches.

Staffs not great, I use to work at a subway and had to basically tell her what to do, bag, for and crutons for the salad, chop the salad) Lack of training? Just don?t care? I?m not sure but she definitely had an attitude. As for the food, it?s subway, what do you expect?

I had the worst experience at this restaurant in a long time! The two employees on duty seemed poorly trained; one didn't even know what bacon was, and the other, who tried to ring me up, had no clue how to use the cash register. After waiting 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made and another 10 at the register, they still couldn't process my payment. They mentioned needing to call a manager because no one else was available to assist. By this point, I and several other customers were really frustrated, making comments about the ridiculous service. I eventually had to leave without my meal since my lunch break was over and I needed to get back to work. Ever since Oscar left, this place has really gone downhill! I won't be coming back to this poorly managed location.

I visited this subway on Sunday and ordered a roasted chicken sub. However, the chicken the employee attempted to add to my sandwich was brown and excessively hard. When I inquired, he informed me that was all they had available. I then changed my order to a seafood sub, but it turned out to be dry. I won't be returning.

This is the cleanest Subway I've visited in a long time. All the ingredients appeared exceptionally fresh, and the service was excellent. The sub was delicious, just as I expected.
