I stopped in to get a sandwich on my lunch break. I ordered a 6 they started making me a 12 totally not what I ordered, Then he used way to much mustard and may... read more I stopped in to get a sandwich on my lunch break. I ordered a 6 they started making me a 12 totally not what I ordered, Then he used way to much mustard and mayo ruined my sandwich and was very rude. I don't like giving bad reviews, but if there was an option for No stars, I would. Their customer service was so bad. I will never ever eat there again!

I was charged for sandwiches that I never received, and I was also double charged for the ones I did get! Avoid this app at all costs—it's not worth the stress!

Both employees on staff had little to no training 1 didn't know what bacon was and the other that attempted to ring me out had no idea how to use the cash register, after waiting 10minutes to have my sandwich made and another 10 at the register they still hadn't figured out how to ring me out. They statedthey needed to call a Manger as there was no one else on staff to help, at this point my self and multiple people were gettingquite upset and most of us were making comments about this rediculous service. I ended up walking out as my lunch break was overand I had to get back to work. Ever since Oscar left this place is a dump! Won't be returning to this poorly run branch

I?m not sure but she definitely had an attitude. As for the food, it?s subway,what do you expect?
