We had been informed that our order would be ready in 30 minutes after placing it on the website, but when we arrived, we found out that it hadn't even been started. The staff appeared confused about whether we had placed an order at all. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, they finally got started and finished our take-out order.

After placing it through Square, we were informed it would be ready in about 30 minutes. However, when we arrived, our order hadn't even been started. The waitstaff seemed unsure if we had actually submitted an order! We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for them to prepare and complete our take-out.
