Breakfast sandwiches, however, were made... read more Oatmeal serving was enough for a family of four! Toppings were pretty good and came with real maple syrup on the side. Breakfast sandwiches, however, were made days before and zapped in the microwave. They were also puny. We were there (stranded at MSP) ona Sunday morning and there was no buffet unlike another reviewer mentioned.

I would have lik... read more The restaurant wasn't very busy, but our server seemed preoccupied with discussing Sunday availability, which caused a delay in checking on us. I would have liked to order a side separately, like a baked potato or something other than wild rice with mushrooms. The Caesar salad was made with iceberg lettuce, and while I know romaine is often preferred, I wish they hadn't used sections with yellowed ribs. Still, everything was quite tasty.

I ordered a cocktai... read more The service at Jake’s Kitchen was very slow, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy. I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I ordered a cocktail, a cup of soup, and an appetizer, but no one checked in on me afterward. After finishing my meal, I waited another 15 minutes before having to go to the bar myself just to get someone to take my payment.
