A decent store for sure. They've got a lot of furniture options for good prices. The quality isn't amazing, but it's good enough. The store is HUGE. Very well lit. Associates almost everywhere to help out. The self checkouts are easy to use. Overallthe store is a bit too big and hard to navigate. Not one of the gems in Minneapolis.

Employees were helpful navigating our way to the sections we wanted for a very quick stop on our road trip. We could easily have spent all day at the Minneapolis IKEA! As soon as we get a chance we're coming back! Prices are so reasonable ????? it's alwayson our family bucket list!

As you leave the restaurant, there's a fast food stand where I tried the veggie dog, which was quite tasty. I’d suggest avoiding the mustard since it’s very sweet and masks the other flavors. I also wanted to try the meatballs, but they were unfortunately sold out. It seems that items often run out here. The grocery section is interesting and offers a variety of vegan options. I'm not sure why anyone would choose to do their grocery shopping at IKEA, but it’s convenient for picking up something on your way out. This is an update to my previous review from November 18, 2023.

Be cautious of bait and switch tactics at this Ikea store! I went to buy a dishware set, but it rang up $40 more than the price on the sign. Fortunately, I was paying attention since I was buying other items too. The product displayed under the sign was a different 18-piece dishware set than the one advertised. When I brought this to a manager’s attention, she dismissed it, saying the sign clearly referred to a different set, then walked away without apologizing. Instead, she blamed me for not noticing the difference. Before I spoke to the manager, two cashiers even tried to adjust the price after seeing my photo, so it wasn’t obvious to them either. I’m certain the misleading sign stayed up, as the manager showed no interest in resolving the issue.

IKEA is always an enjoyable place to shop. We love exploring the new showroom setups and envisioning how we would make them our own. I initially went in for just one item but came out with a variety of practical and charming things.
