The two staff members were extremely impolite and lacked professionalism. They openly laughed when my young daughters accidentally poured too much yogurt into their cups, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated so rudely when they are paying for a service.
I'm at the food court right now and waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter and nobody ever did. I could have made a huge sundae and walked out without paying and nobody would have ever known. I didn't though because I'm not like that. Not sure why the employee isn't watching for customers.
They do not make fresh crepes here. They use more of a wrap which is thicker, denser, chewy and tastes like cardboard. They warm it on a heat element and add toppings. When done, they sort of wad it up in an cone shape. We took one bite and threw it in the garbage because it was so awful.
I understand why they have a three-rating rating. the customer service was hidden 8/8/21 12pm the girl took 2 people before me when I was in the line first I asked her what protein came into the drink, she answered me very rude I was asking everything ok because she came from rude she says oh good that is how I talk I courteously went away lol bad ratings and bad service just closing rude b!
