The... read more Overall, I would rate El Loro around 3.5 to 4 stars. The portion sizes are decent for the price, but the taste is just okay—nothing particularly memorable. The drinks are good, and I appreciated the chips and salsa that were served as I sat down. I do think the service could be improved, and I would prefer fresher tortillas and meat that isn’t so dry. However, I understand that COVID has affected many aspects of dining, so I'm willing to give them some grace.
