Ordered online and paid full price only to open my bowl to find it half full without guacamole absolutely terrible. Not the first time I’ve had problems ordering online either a couple of weeks ago no meat came in my order. I will attach my half full bowl that I paid full price for. Very disappointed. Are they really closing and not serving any more food at 8:30?? I thought you were supposed to be open until 10?
Ordered online, they forgot the chicken altogether. Brought the food back they had an attitude eith us. They remade it with chicken but, didn't taste good at all. Rice was plain white rice, no cilantro lime flavor at all it was mushy and gross.
We ordered four items all with barbacoa meat, but two of them were missing the meat. We tried to contact the restaurant for a refund, but they never answered the phone. Check out the photo of the tacos.
I was going here all the time after my gym, but I think I'm done with it. They're always out of multiple things I want, which is fine every once in a while, but it's literally every time I go. The people are nice enough, but if you're paying $14 for a burrito bowl that's worth maybe $5. Don't go here. There's a falafel place right next to it that's amazing and fast.
