Campfire Kitchen - Bloomington
Campfire Kitchen
Menu
The menu of Campfire Kitchen from Bloomington contains about 52 different dishes and drinks. On average you pay about $11.2 for a dish / drink.
Tucked into a brewery, this spot serves excellent pizza but suffers from inconsistent cooking and steep prices. Guests praise a standout pie, yet undercooked seafood and sticky tables mar the experience. Slow guest Wi‑Fi and confusing billing/prepaid charges frustrate visitors; breakfast is offered but pricing can be misleading. Ideal for casual pizza lovers seeking a brewery vibe, less so for remote workers or value-minded diners.

The pizza was excellent, and as a discerning Italian, I'm quite particular about pizza! I ordered a classic pie—be sure to check out their menu. It's definitely worth the trip to the Brewery! View all feedback.
What Laura Lopez dislikes about Campfire Kitchen:
I expected the food to be terrible given the 2-star rating, but it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. While it is overpriced—typical for a theme park—what else can you expect? The wait was lengthy, even though there weren't many customers, which indicates they were clearly understaffed. The pretzel was enjoyable, and the drinks were quite strong. View all feedback.

Overpriced mediocre food. Only reason to eat here is if you're sick of pizza or chicken and are too lazy to order out. If that's the case, you should still rethink eating
However, instead of the salmon, I received the roasted chicken dinner. Both dishes are priced at over $30, but since the meal was complimentary, I decided to go ahead and eat the chicken. It was quite tasty, along with the mashed potatoes and creamed corn. Would I be willing to pay $30 or more for it? Probably not. But it's a resort, and I understand that prices tend to be higher. The kids' meals included fries that were basically cold. If I had paid for them, I would have been quite frustrated, as the kids' meals aren't exactly inexpensive either. Overall, it is what it is at a resort like this. The quality of the food doesn't quite match the prices, but that's often the case. It was convenient to have a meal option right downstairs, but after this first night, we’ll likely be opting for Uber Eats or DoorDash in the future!
The guest internet is quite slow, so don't count on getting any work done while you're here. I recommend using a mobile hotspot instead. Additionally, the table in my room was extremely sticky, which made it difficult to use my laptop. I ended up using my laptop case as a mousepad to make it work.
