I was charged for items I didn't ask for and didn't even get what I ordered. I went here because it was one of the only places without a line during my lunch br... read more I was charged for items I didn't ask for and didn't even get what I ordered. I went here because it was one of the only places without a line during my lunch break, only to spend half of that time waiting with about ten other confused customers. We weretold to wait until our order number was called out but there was no one calling out orders. The staff were just putting items onthe counter and walking away, whenever someone went up to ask what the orders were the staff walked away from the counterleaving us to sit there confused about what was happening. Staff would usually see us and after a few minutes would stop talkingin the back to come up and seeming just hand us random items off of various trays of food. By the time I was handed my randomassortment of food I was short on time and had to run back to work. The only thing I was given that I wasn't allergic to was thehotdogs bites which were clearly from different batches. Some were crisp and hot right out of the fryer and the rest were soggyand lukewarm like they had been sitting under a heating lamp for an hour. I absolutely will not be going back to this locationand I suggest that you don't either.

The... read more I had the Papa Burger, french fries, and root beer, and they were delicious! It may not be exactly the same as it was years ago, but it's still very tasty. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff worked quickly. The restaurant and uniforms were clean and well-kept, and the restroom was also in good condition. The manager kindly gave me a bag of ice for my cooler, which was a nice touch. I definitely recommend going there. The food is fantastic, and you can tell they really put in the effort to make it great!

The food itself was averag... read more The food court offers overpriced meals that weren't worth the wait. The line to order was long and slow, likely due to understaffing. The food itself was average, and the portion sizes were on the smaller side. Although the employees I interacted with were friendly, the quality of the food simply doesn't match the high prices, preventing me from giving a better rating.

The staff is consistently polite and ap... read more I occasionally stay overnight at the hotel connected to the mall, and I always make it a point to visit this restaurant. The staff is consistently polite and appears to work really hard. The food is always delicious; it may take a little while to arrive, but that’s because it’s made fresh! It’s always served hot, even when I take it back to my room. And the root beer... it’s always just right!
