The food, service and especially ambience very good. Don't go on a rainy day because you will not be able to walk the manicured grounds. Cell coverage poor. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
We were visiting the Marlborough region from San Francisco and Harvest was one of the few places that was opened on New Year Day. The restaurant was attached to an inn that was formerly a convent. Beautiful idyllic setting and meal and service exceeded our expectation! Husband had an amazing venison entree and mushroom app while I was still full from our late lunch at Cloudy Bay so I only had charcoal beetroot salad which was exceptional. Our server (I forgot her name! was from Canada and made us feel welcome almost like we were at someone's house. Actually the whole staff were like that and welcomed us to the point where we overstayed and were the last ones out.....literally, since most of the staff drove off the premise and one stopped his car and checked up on us while we were still in the car trying to figure how to get back to the hotel in pitch dark! I would definitely return again!

Harvest Restaurant is an amazing experience for dining out. Every time we go here, it never disappoints. The staff are fantastic and provide an atmosphere that you'll remember for ever. The food is the best experience. I don't know how they do it, but it's unbelievably good. The wine list fantastic, and once you've experienced good wine, there's no turning back My favorite place
