We had a beautiful meal at Arbour. Finesse in the execution, care and respect for the produce with some surprises for the palate. I must say the citrus notes are really good in this 7-course menu. I was extremely impressed by the stunning 4 or 7 course degustation at this restaurant, where locally sourced ingredients are used to create dishes that can be fully adapted to be vegan. As a chef myself, this is high praise.

The use of local ingredients in the 4 or 7 course tasting menu was stunning. The menu can be fully customized to be vegan, which I found extremely impressive. As a cook myself, I must say that this is high praise.
