Our server jordan was very friendly and very good what she does, she was the only waitress who took care of the whole etage, but nevertheless ensured that we had a great eating experience and was very attentive, even if she was the only one who walked the floor 10/10 kickass job on her part

If I could give it a zero I would…. Every single time I go to pick up the food when it says ready I go in and the food is never done. So then I’m waiting 20 min or more for my pizza. And then my other food sits in the window and is cold when I go home. I’m sick of this. It’s every single time. I do not recommend and will NEVER go back. And to add it the front person is always different every single time.

I had ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza to be picked up at 2:30 at the IVP in Waterworks in Pittsburgh, Pa. First, the girl was unable to tell me if my pizza was done or not. She then told me it wasn't. A minute later a different girl asked me if I had ordered a pizza with mushrooms to which I replied I didn't. Then they asked if I had already paid. I said no I haven't and went through that process. They finally found the pizza. I swear when I got into my car and checked if it was correct, the pizza was COLD. I took it anyway cause I had someone drive me to pick it up and didn't want them to wait for me to go back inside. Also forgot to mention this was a Large Buffalo Chicken pizza and I counted, it had less than two small pieces of chicken per slice. How do I know? Cause 3 slices were just cheese. Absolutely awful and I couldn't possibly be more unhappy. We each one slice and concluded it was the worst pizza we ever had. A frozen pizza from a grocery store would have been a better choice.
