The staff are well trained and efficient, leading to quick delivery of meals. We were surprised to find that the in-room menu offered different options compared to the restaurant menu. We had already made our choices from the in-room menu, only to realize that those options were not available in the restaurant.

It was embarrassing when we took our friends from England there and the food was terrible. The steaks and calamari were overcooked and the calamari was inedible. When I spoke to the staff, they said there was a new chef who may still be learning. Our friends had raw seafood in their pasta and ended up getting sick and vomiting. We were very disappointed with our experience. 0/10.

The menu they offer is comparable to a restaurant found in Brisbane, and the quality of meal I received is even better than some of the restaurants that I have visited in Brisbane. The wait staff are always fre I they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements, I can recommend the brownie on there menu as it is absolutely delish.

The... read more This is a coal town through and through and finding such a quality restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and the price reflected that. The service was enthusiastically confused. For example one waitress tried to take our entrée plates before we had been served and two other waiters both asked for our drinks orders. To be honest I would rather be over-asked than ignored. We had a great night and a short walk back to our hotel. What more could you ask for?
