I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service. The menu displayed prices, but when I got to the window, I was informed that those prices were incorrect and they wanted to charge me more. They claimed that the advertised price was just an estimate for the customer. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they had received new price lists but hadn't bothered to update the board. That should... View all feedback.
Terrible Service, waited 30 mins inside to not be served along with the entire rest of the customers. Kitchen was filthy. Just terrible management and customer service.
Opened my 3 piece satisfier, what a joke, NOT SATISFIED!!!!NO CHIPS , CHICKEN WAS DISGUSTING.Wish I could have attached a photo.
Terrible food. The chips were so salty and the chicken was so dry, we will be never eating there ever again. You guys should have milkshakes:

Just wow. Awful service 3 people before me had got their order wrong.. so had to wait for the staff to figure that out. I still thought I would give them a chance. Staff was kinda passive aggressive towards the customers. And just not a very nice ambience at all. Some kids came in screamin' and running around and none of the staff did anything either.. or told the parent to do something.. waited 25 minutes for a burger box.. They might be under staffed I don't know. They seem like they were trying their best. And the attitude was just because the staff was tired of it all. It seemed. Not sure.
