So nice to be back in my favorite restaurant. Everything was perfectly cooked and presented, thanks to Sue and Alan and staff. I had my favorite drink in Cointreau sauce with Fried Rice and it could not have been better. Don't wait until the next time.

Always a great personal service, food excellent can not mistake this place, never had a bad experience in 35 years. Give it a try, you will not be so disappointed. a bit dated but you need to see past.

Amazing from beginning to end! Came to Blackpool for school October Week. Old school Chinese restaurant with lantern music Sue staff was really fab, eating epic...! Especially the duck rolls dumplings to feel very comfortable and we welcome again in a few months from Glasgow!

I ordered a chicken chow mein and prawn toast for takeout from Paramount restaurant. Upon opening the packaging, I immediately noticed that the chow mein was lacking vegetables and the noodles were either undercooked or burnt. It had no flavor and was disappointing for the cost of 6.50. The prawn toast was also disappointing, soggy, and lacked any visible prawn, costing 5.50. Even the seagulls wouldn't eat it, which speaks to the quality. Despite this, the staff were friendly. Overall, I was very disappointed as I had hoped to support a local business.

The restaurant interior was quite dimly lit. We started our meal with vegetable spring rolls and shumai, followed by crispy chicken. I found the chicken to be too salty for my taste. We also tried the prawns in a spicy sauce with ginger.
