I was disappointed to only give this restaurant 1 star. My husband went through the drive-thru and received his food from employees with sour faces, no smile, and missing items from his order. We ordered gravy but it wasn't in the bag, only one out of three portions of chips were included, and we were given Pepsi Max instead of Pepsi. This has happened every time we've visited and by the time we realize something is missing, it's too late to go back. I believe this restaurant needs to be inspected by head office and hire more experienced staff who know what they're doing. We won't be returning as they've had multiple chances to improve, but have failed each time.

This evening I drove to KFC on cherry tree road as a treat for my three year old. I drove through the drive thru. I ordered a popcorn chicken snackbox and had a free side on my app, so ordered a small popcorn chicken. When I got to the window, a young man called Fraser scanned my QR code. He informed me that something on his system wasn 't working and so he couldn 't put it through. He told his colleague, Morgan, who took the free side of popcorn chicken out of the bag and said 'well she can 't have that then ' and took it away. I showed both of them the app on my phone and that it said I had six stamps and was therefore eligible for a free side. Morgan continued to explain that regardless of the fact I was eligible, it was likely their system needed resetting, which is why it wouldn 't work, and said there was nothing she could do about the tiny box of popcorn chicken she had taken away. I asked why my three year old had to be punished, for an issue that wasn 't my fault, when I had driven 20 minutes to KFC for the popcorn chicken. Fraser commented that he agreed that it was ridiculous and apologised. He then offered me sachets of tomato sauce as compensation. At no point did Morgan apologise or offer any solution for all the inconvenience caused. When I left the drive thru, I checked the snackbox that I had purchased, to find there were FIVE pieces of popcorn chicken inside. FIVE?! How on earth can you charge £1.99 for five pieces of popcorn chicken and about twelve chips at the most. I am disgusted at the service I have received this evening, and will be making a formal complaint to KFC customer service.

Shockingly bad food. A spaced out female member of staff trying to tell me and my wife what she would feed her kids. Gravy paid for but not in the bag. Limp soggy chips. Chicken was edible but certainly not KFC coated. This franchise needs inspecting by trading standards. Will stick to the Lytham Road branch in future. This place is one to avoid.

Nipped into seniors to grab a dinner on way to daughters. Very clean , uniforms clean, food tasted fresh, good offers , server polite and courteous. Would recommend

Items missing off the order AGAIN!! Chicken rock hard and dry. It 's about time trading standards investigate this franchise with the amount of food they accidentally don 't put in the bag. I was the only person in the drive thru. There is absolutely no excuse for this **** poor service
