I was disappointed to only give this restaurant 1 star. My husband went through the drive-thru and received his food from employees with sour faces, no smile, and missing items from his order. We ordered gravy but it wasn't in the bag, only one out of three portions of chips were included, and we were given Pepsi Max instead of Pepsi. This has happened every time we've visited and by the time we realize something is missing, it's too late to go back. I believe this restaurant needs to be inspected by head office and hire more experienced staff who know what they're doing. We won't be returning as they've had multiple chances to improve, but have failed each time.
This evening I drove to KFC on cherry tree road as a treat for my three year old. I drove through the drive thru. I ordered a popcorn chicken snackbox and had a free side on my app, so ordered a small popcorn chicken. When I got to the window, a young man called Fraser scanned my QR code. He informed me that something on his system wasn 't working and so he couldn 't put it through. He told his colleague, Morgan, who took the free side of popcorn chicken out of the bag and said 'well she can 't have that then ' and took it away. I showed both of them the app on my phone and that it said I had six stamps and was therefore eligible for a free side. Morgan continued to explain that regardless of the fact I was eligible, it was likely their system needed resetting, which is why it wouldn 't work, and said there was nothing she could do about the tiny box of popcorn chicken she had taken away. I asked why my three year old had to be punished, for an issue that wasn 't my fault, when I had driven 20 minutes to KFC for the popcorn chicken. Fraser commented that he agreed that it was ridiculous and apologised. He then offered me sachets of tomato sauce as compensation. At no point did Morgan apologise or offer any solution for all the inconvenience caused. When I left the drive thru, I checked the snackbox that I had purchased, to find there were FIVE pieces of popcorn chicken inside. FIVE?! How on earth can you charge £1.99 for five pieces of popcorn chicken and about twelve chips at the most. I am disgusted at the service I have received this evening, and will be making a formal complaint to KFC customer service.
Shockingly bad food. A spaced out female member of staff trying to tell me and my wife what she would feed her kids. Gravy paid for but not in the bag. Limp soggy chips. Chicken was edible but certainly not KFC coated. This franchise needs inspecting by trading standards. Will stick to the Lytham Road branch in future. This place is one to avoid.

Items missing off the order AGAIN!! Chicken rock hard and dry. It 's about time trading standards investigate this franchise with the amount of food they accidentally don 't put in the bag. I was the only person in the drive thru. There is absolutely no excuse for this **** poor service

Ive given this place chance after and chance, my mistake for doing so. every single time ive ordered food from here there is something missing or something is wrong. place is ran by a bunch of delinquents who cant read a simple order off a screen and get it correct. i had 2 pieces of chicken missing, gravy and chilli bites missing from my order this time around. completely useless
Worst KFC EVER!!! we had 4 burger box meals and a popcorn chicken meal... the restraunt was in a mess... Waste food everywhere you looked on the floors tables and window sills.. The size of the portion of chips was six or seven chips in a bag soft soggy mess the gravy was thin and watery, the chicken was cold and not chrispy... the burgers had very little mayo and dry barms and the chicken was cold and dry the popcorn chicken meal was missed from the order so we had to go back and get it, the girl passed us the bag srewed ip... my daughter said it was cold and she only got 7 chips in a soggy bag.... the only thing we got that wasnt to complain about was the pespi.... shocking how they feel no need to clean and tidy up... the staff behind the counter was in a bit of a tissy no one seemed to know what was going on bags everywhere and huge cues of just eat drivers sitting on tables so no room for customers... never again will i9 use KFC Cherry Tree road again!!!

Ordered family bucket of 10 pieces and 4 fries. Chicken was hugely overcooked, dark brown,dry and no flavour, fries were cold. This was a once in a while treat for us but unfortunately was almost inedible. The worst ever. Last time we had a bucket there were 8 drumsticks in it!! another disappointment as drumsticks arnt our favourite. Seems like the place is staffed with kids who dont give a damn. On ringing to complain (an hour later) he told me i should have rang earlier, 'he would have done ' !! and because we had eaten most of it there was nothing he could do, the fact is we were starving and as it was just about edible we persevered with it. That was better than driving miles to return it. The worst experience at a KFC and wont be returning.
Ordered 6 piece bargain bucket and the girl on the intercom mumbled something about 2 large sides so I chose coleslaw and corn. Came to £18 but didn't realise til I got home I had been charged another £4 for the 2 sides. Chicken consisted of 2 drums sticks, I piece of what I believe used to be called keel which was tiny and to burnt thighs with hardly any meat on them. Corn was bland and chips sallow. Thos hardly fed me never mind the 3 people it was intended for. Very disappointing, highly over charged and won't be going back. Are they using smaller chickens now???
