Very slow service because everything is made from scratch, but the food was really good. Burgers, frits and roasted curds were really good (can best fried Wisconsin cheese curds in Asheville area). Gyro Hot Dog was really good, although not as good as a real gyro. Next time Chicago Dog will try. A decent beer choice as Seven Sisters Brewing is right next door. Outdoor seating available. Ignored forever while they stocked beers. Never were greeted or anything. Ordered food and beers finally from the bar. Food was delivered was wrong “oh didn’t hear you” and walked away. 10-15 mins go by thinking oh they’ll fix it but nope had to walk to the bar to order what I wanted in the first place. This place offers an excellent variety of local beers and serves delicious, straightforward food. There’s live music on select days, and you can choose to sit inside or outside. It has a laid-back vibe, and dogs are welcome to enjoy any spills!
The smash burger was excellent, and the rosemary fries were a real treat. It wasn’t anything extravagant; the atmosphere had a bunch of middle-aged men smoking and chugging down Bud Light. Still, I would definitely come back.
I was completely ignored while the staff spent time stocking beers. I was never greeted or acknowledged. After a while, I finally ordered food and drinks from the bar. When my food arrived, it was incorrect, and the staff member simply said, "Oh, I didn’t hear you," and walked away. I waited 10-15 minutes, expecting them to fix the mistake, but nothing happened. So, I had to go back to the bar to order what I really wanted in the first place. When the bill came, I was charged for both the incorrect order and my actual order. Overall, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. I didn’t even bother trying to discuss the bill with what seemed like the only staff member present.
Was sent here by a friend for the best smash burger ever and it exceeded my high expectations. Pretty sure the bun was brioche, about the size of my hand, and fit the burger perfectly. Chiffonade-cut romaine, tomato, onion, and cheese. It was perfection. Best onion rings of my life. Shoestring! Lightly breaded, so crispy. There 's a real good chance I 'll be driving 3+ hours from home just to eat here.
Stopped in for a craft brew at Seven Sisters Brew Pub and had, no lie, one of the best hot dogs of my life. The Carolina Dog is a bbq lovers meal on a bun. Pulled pork, check. Slaw, check. Carolina mustard sauce, check. Hot dog, hell yeah brother. It was so worth the stop. Do yourself a favor and get the fries. Oh, the beer? Some of the best local and regional offerings on tap. Get in here. Get a beer. Have a hell of a time.
