By the time I noticed, I was already on the road to Fargo and unable to turn back.

This was my first time ordering from Panera and my first time eating at this restaurant. The website was very detailed and descriptive, but unfortunately, my or... read more This was my first time ordering from Panera and my first time eating at this restaurant. The website was very detailed and descriptive, but unfortunately, my order did not match what was described and pictured on the menu. I ordered the french onion soup, which had good flavor but was missing croutons and cheese as stated in the description. The chicken chipotle avocado sandwich I ordered also did not have chipotle, only avocado on half of the sandwich, and was very flat compared to the website picture. I tried calling the store twice with no answer, even though it was after 7pm. There were only 2 tables in the dining area and no one out front. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience, especially considering I spent over $45. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
