After Door dash never showed up with our customer's order, we called Panera Bread and Blake worked with us to figure out what our customer's order was and gave it to them for no extra charge. We were able to pick it up and have it ready for the customer's arrival. We were very appreciative of their great and quick customer service!

Although the staff said they would refill it soon, I went back for a refill and still had to wait for 25 minutes without any coffee.
