I couldn't e... read more Got the new Spicy Double Chicken Grilled Burrito and it was gigantic! I was presently surprised, I'm used to burritos half the size from Taco Bell. I couldn't even finish it. Very tasty too. The Bishop location was quiet and mainly relies on selfautomated ordering, but a staff member will take your order of you need. I'm a bit torn on the self ordering, it's great to seeall the different options, but can also be a bit overwhelming. Plus I like to pay with cash usually and the self check out onlytakes electronic currency.

The burrito tortilla was merely warm, accomp... read more The restaurant was quite dirty, and the food had a stale taste as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The burrito tortilla was merely warm, accompanied by wilted brown lettuce and overly melted cheese. My husband stepped away to use the restroom while we were traveling, so I decided to go through the drive-thru. When he came back, he had to wait for the receipt that comes with the food just to get a code for bathroom access. Essentially, you can’t use the restroom unless you buy something, which really isn’t worth it.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff is inadequate, which makes it hard to receive service. However, one of the two kiosks was out of order, so I had to wai... read more The sign indicated that there was no cashier available and directed customers to use the kiosk. However, one of the two kiosks was out of order, so I had to wait as the people ahead of me struggled to use the functioning one. The person behind me also had trouble figuring it out and attempted to get assistance from an employee, but he was largely overlooked. If you're looking for taco sauce, be aware that you have to ask for it, as the containers were empty. As for the food, it was just average—typical of what you'd expect from Taco Bell.
